I'm NEW! What do I do first?

Here's the rundown.

You just registered to this brand new forum, what do you do! Of course you go kill Kira or L or the Overlord!

Naw, just messing. In fact, before you post I would suggest you do a couple of things.

THE STAT SHEET

This is the most important thing you can do as a new user. And to often it is overlooked. Without it, you can't battle. So what do you do with it?

Go To your profile. It's on the navigation bar, two bars away from Logout. Click on the profile. You'll see a screen that shows you your preferences. At the top of this new box, you'll see a link that says, SHINIGAMI POWERS. Click on this. Then you will see a screen that says, generate Stat sheet. Click Generate.

All Done. And from here out, we can add stats to you, give you a Shinigami and Deathnote, and lot's of other stuff.

For now this is all, I'll update it with avatars, Signatures, Profiles, Groups, and other stuff later.

So do I just wait till someone gives me stats, a shinigami, and such?
If so, do you have to do something before a person can give you stats?

Around here, you report to the Assignment Room for assignments. When you complete an assignment, you get stats, a shinigami, etc.
