User complaints.

Now I know it says Complaints, But Dont come here just to bitch about anything.

Now if you have a Complaint ABOUT Another User, you will Pm a Mod, And I Think it would be best to let the User's Group lead take care of it say like: If Someone with Kira Had a Complaint about someone in the Resitance they would then come to

Q, Me, Or Yoyo about that User, And we Will take it fromt here. It then Will be talked over by that user's Group Mods to see what need to be done about it.

And to add one more thing, If needed (If we get alot of complaints about one user) And they dont stop, That user is then up for a Ban, Idk, I think it would be talked over with the mods 1st.
