there are no rules on how violent i can be, so you be hyped up on sugar and see a vending machine, but a dollar in the machine, but nothing comes out and you don't get your money back, so you stick your hand up the slots and reach for the candy, but then the machine starts to work and the drill goes in your hand, you start freaking out, and the vending machine falls on you.

That is amazingly accurate.

You die of heartache because you could never get a date.

your new car blows up on you and you are trapped within the flaming inferno, then the wires come loose, strangle you somehow, and electrocute you.

You get bitten by a spider, gain spiderman-like powers, and head out to cause chaos. Unfortunately for you, your powers disappear and you fall off the side of a building and break your neck in the fall, and then die after getting hit by a car.

you die from being at the dentist, getting an overload of laughing gas, and choke to death from laughing to much and the dentist not knowing the only way to neutralize it is with water

I'd probably laugh myself to death without the laughing gas. ^_^
