Why put up an act.People want to be around people who are real so that they don't have to put up an act and can tear down their carefully built walls.I myself am about as real as they come.I don't act for anyone unless I'm in a play at school or have to pretend I don't know about a surprise birthday party.Just be who you are and don't act.If people can't accept you,then find a new crowd to hang with.

literaly old, acting has been with us for thousands of years
though that's why many use it
Acting was an art form that was loved, thier for humans saw it and wanted real life to be more like it, while that happened they found it eaiser to be like that and act where they felt that they were flawed or un-fit for society (like hobbies) people started to do this so much that it became a habbit and has been hidden as your parent telling you to 'grow up' or trying to convince to change habbits to even employing many people as that to 'fix' flaws

for example just because i'm emo and my parents are fighing over me for 5 years the court recenty apointed me a 'counsler'
in the end they want to change me into a prep. >>

I had a counsler,I miss her actually.She wasn't trying to change me,just help me out of depression.It worked.I feel happy now,I just have relapses every now and then.I want to see a counsler again,my mom has been getting really bad about the littlest things and I'm about to drop kick her ass.

I'm so sorry,but actually compromising worked with my situation.My mom refuses to compromise so compromising worked for me.
